Insulated Sandwich Panels

Sandwich Panel are typically single piece, prefabricated, modular, factory made units which consists of an insulating layers of rigid polyunethane foam or high density Rockwool between two layers of metal sheet. Insulation core provides effective thermal insulation and long lasting strong bonding for better structural stability to facilitate higher higher loading & wider spans. It is highly suitable for energy saving, faster construction & cost effectiveness. Rockwool gives Fire Retarding properties also.

Why Insulated Sandwich Panels?

  • Improved Thermal and Acoustic Insulation.
  • Use as structural insulation panel (SIP) eliminating the need of masonry construction.
  • Closed cellular structure - inherently water resistant.
  • Available in any length depending on transport logistics.
  • Save Energy.
  • External and Internal facing is the best effective vapour barrier & can be washed and disinfected.
  • All weather proof and long life.
  • Self extinguishing property avoids spread of flame.
  • Resistant to corrosion, termites, physical impact and fungus.
  • CFC free and zero ozone depletion property.
  • Rockwool Panels give fire retading properties thus offering more safety also.
